Missouri Home Energy Auditing started  in January of 2007, working close with the housing and commercial industries as a Certified Inspector. As the real estate took a hard turn which followed the economy into a serious default with the growth of our industry, the newest update in the conservation of the housing industry started to develope.  GREEN Housing  started to emurge, and the inspection business started to take a step backwards. Instead of giving up on the industry, I followed my goal into a serious and much stronger feeling about the housing industry.

By taking additional courses with a veriaty different educational schools, and companys that offer certifications under the EPA & The Department of Energy, I proceeded to take the next step and level to an extreme leap into the future. In 2008 I became the only Home & Commercial Inspector in the Central Missouri Location to be Certified as a Home Energy Auditor. Helping and assisting the residence in various ways in showing them how to save money in there own homes. In 2008 I have taken a course that was approved and certifies My company to report and audit residential and commercial properties. Working real close with CMC Services in having a proper energy audit performed and working close with the Department of Energy made my company stand out a bit further then many companies in Central Missouri.

MOLD INSPECTIONS: In 2008 we have added the mold inspection with our company to add the environmental issues we are haveing right here in our own homes. Taking classes under ESA the Environmental Solution Association was an additonal service provided for our clients. Getting calls on a weekly basis told me to keep adding to the environmental and the energy side of the industry, by doing so will make our business and the clients of Central Missouri greatly appreciated. We will continue  taking continual educational courses to better ourselves in imporving the standards of what it's goin to take place to keep the cost of energy low and to help with the environment safe at the same time. I have taken the required hours to be a Certified Mold Inspector, and also additional hours to become a Certified Mold Assessor. Late 2008 I have taken additional courses on becoming Certifed as a IAQ-2  inspector which mean Indoor Air Quality Consultant.
