FHA inspections are approved and stamped by a Certified Licensed Structured Engineer..Out of area inspections must be approved and paid for in advance, unless arranged prior with the Owner of the company. A 3 month billing cycle can be applied by holding the account credit card and processed for 3 months...We also have a closing payment, if the property closes with in and under 35 days, an additinal fee of $75.00 will be added to the invoice for the time delay of payment towards the Engineer. An Invoice is also billed to the trust company to hold the good faith account for payment scheduled.

NON- FHA Mfg home foundation inspection DO NOT need a stamp from any Engineer firms..

Monitor viewed Imager shows any blockages or any tree roots that may cause and damage to the sewer-pipes under ground. This also can be viewed with the clients as the LED camera is placed in the Clean out pipe..and to viewed throughout the inspection. Pictures can be taken, If any problems are visible during the scoping of the view. Digital photos and a traditional report is made, for this service. A 24 hour time limit is needed to generate the photos on a report, and will be submitted to the clients.
