Our service will assure an inspection, an inspection where we look very carefully in the attics, basements, closets, any where mold can gow with dampness and even water drips, near the kitchen and bathrooms.
The tests performed are air partical sample using a EMS Micro 5 Deluxe IAQ tester which vaccuums the air sample partical near the center of the room to catch particals released from the mold and surrounding areas not seen. We take a minumum of 3 samples, and can take as much as 25 air samples and also swab samples,( if mold is clearly visible ). This does not mean you have a mold issue in your home or business. Test will help indicate IF there is a mold issue in your residence. There are proceedures that are taken once we the lab results in. All clients will need to understand, by removing a portion of a wall that mold has grown on, will NOT get rid of the problem, if this is what you have done in the past, you have released ari particles that are now in the air.
Mold is an extremely SERIOUS issue, it is and can be VERY toxic, and deadly.

Samples are sent to Springfield Indoor Air Quality Labs LLC in Springfield Missouri. Samples are sent to a EMSL - Certified Mold test site in St. Louis Missouri.

And NO clorox does not take mold away, or does it make it go away.Mold also mainly grows behind the walls, cielings, attics, basements, crawl-spaces as well, and also this is the main purpose of air testing..To find levels of floating particles, in general locations of your home and office buildings or schools. Mold can be in the air if it is disturbed, and the moisture that has caused the mold to be there in the first place NOT removed or cleaned properly. This is why it is MOST critical to have a CERTIFED inspector perform a proper inspection and testing, this is what we study and do all year round.
Mold Information
What is Mold? Molds are fungi. Molds grow throughout the natural and built environment. Tiny particles of mold are present in indoor and outdoor air. In nature, molds help break down dead materials and can be found growing on soil, foods, plant matter, and other items. Molds produce microscopic cells called "spores" which are very tiny and spread easily through the air. Live spores act like seeds, forming new mold growths (colonies) when they find the right conditions
